Can I exchange my ticket if I have already printed it?
Yes, you can exchange your ticket even after it has been printed.
Be careful, the tickets are only exchangeable on the iDTGV.com website up to 5 hours before your train leaves.
Once created, whether it is printed or not, your iDTGV ticket becomes non-refundable but exchangeable under certain conditions.
If you wish to change your departure day / time, you will have to pay an exchange fee of €10, as well as the possible price difference between the old ticket and the new ticket.
