The iDTGV.com website has made regular declarations to the CNIL (French Data Protection Commission) using file number 1054245.

In compliance with article 27 of Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978 concerning information technology, files and freedom, all users have the right to access, modify, rectify or delete any personal details about them.

iDTGV undertakes not to pass on personal data in its possession in any form to third parties. The databases are protected by the terms of the act of 1 July 1998 that transposed directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 concerning legal protection of databases.
